Elder Masimba Murisa

Masimba Murisa serves as a Pastor in training of Rhema Calgary.

Elder Murisa migrated from Zimbabwe to Canada in 2001. In Zimbabwe he served with Jesus Life International, a Christian organization that shaped and grounded him in the word of God. When he moved to Toronto, Elder Murisa led a small group fellowship in line with the New Testament House Church gatherings where many were led into the Kingdom of God through his in-depth teaching of the word.

Elder Murisa moved from Toronto to Calgary in 2006 where he helps to advance founder and Senior Pastor of Rhema Ministries, Pastor Orim Meikle’s vision to change and affect lives by equipping the whole person – spirit, soul and body, through practical encouragement for the body of Christ in the Prairies.

Elder Murisa is passionate about seeing people’s lives transformed and empowered with the message of the Kingdom of God. He promotes the mission of this great house by delivering a fresh relevant Rhema word each week.

Elder Murisa resides in Calgary with his beautiful wife Boitumelo and their amazing daughter Lerato Panashe.
