Pastor Valentine U. Akuazaoku - CMO

Pastor Valentine U. Akuazaoku is the Chief Ministry Officer (CMO) and sits on the Board of Governors at Rhema. Valentine holds an Engineering degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria as well as an MBA from Cardiff Business School, Wales, UK.

In addition to having impressive technical and business acumen Akuazaoku posses exceptional interpersonal, organizational development and capacity building skills. He works closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure that Rhema’s business practices are consistent with the Word.

Pastor Akuazaoku's work centers on relationship building and knowledge transfer across teams. He is committed to working with Rhema’s staff and volunteers to model positive relationships in order to manifest Kingdom principles within the Ministry.
