Pastor Dalton M. Roach - CFO & COO

Dalton M. Roach is an Associate Pastor, founding member, CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and COO (Chief Operating Officer) at Rhema.

Pastor Roach has a broad and impressive range of expertise and skills. He completed undergraduate and graduate studies at York University. He is a member of both the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO). He is currently completing graduate studies in Theology and strives to uphold Biblical standards of excellence within Rhema.

Pastor Roach has an in-depth understanding of finance and knowledge of problem solving through quantification. He coordinates and approves financial programs, expenditures and related information systems. As well, he meets with colleagues within the ministry to provide consultative support and management information analyses. He works closely with Pastor Meikle to ensure that Rhema’s organizational infrastructure is solid and supports the promotion of Kingdom principles.

Pastor Roach plays a crucial role in realizing Pastor Meikle’s vision of building the nation’s largest multi-faceted Christian community.
