Pastor William A. Serrano - Associate Pastor

Born in Barranquilla, Colombia May 11, 1979. From the age of sixteen years old soon after completing high school, Pastor William A. Serrano had a strong conviction in his heart to serve the Lord. He entered serving in ministry in the area of Arts and developed his gifts specifically in music & worship arts in his home church (C.B.I.) Centro Biblico Internacional, the largest and thriving congregation of 7,000 members in the heart of Barranquilla, Colombia.

In 2000, he became the Youth Pastor of a ones the daughter's church of the same denomination, while beginning his Theological Studies in the Instituto Biblico del Caribe and Seminario Mayor Internacional. With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in International Business from the Universidad del Norte, Pastor Serrano also understands the principles of management and applying these to impact and expand the Kingdom. His heart’s desire is to share the gospel in a fresh and practical way, imparting inspirational principles which are vital in the development of all people. Pastor Serrano has traveled in Europe, North and South America sharing the great message of salvation.

As of September of 2007, Pastor Serrano has been called to lead the growing ministry of Rhema En Español, under the leadership of Senior Pastor and visionary Pastor Orim M. Meikle.

Pastor William Serrano is married to Lady Carolina Serrano and they reside in the heart of the city of Toronto with their son Samuel Serrano.
