In order to process your acceptance into PDF, we need your Rhema Membership Number, Full name, your email address , telephone number, and certain other personal information, such as your date of birth, employment information, and certain Financial Particulars such as Names of your Creditors or Financial Institutions, Outstanding Balances, and Minimum Payments.
Personal Information We DO NOT Collect
We will NOT for any reason collect any personal Account Numbers including but not limited to: Personal Identification Number (PIN), Social Insurance Number (SIN), Credit Card, Personal Bank Account and/or Transit Numbers.
