Please follow these instructions to modify your account.

To change your password

1) Go to http://rhemaonline.ca/mailadmin/
2) Enter your Rhemaonline email address and password
3) Click Manage mail

4) Change your password

To add your Name and Signature click Options -> Personal Info

Email forwarding

You can forward email messages to an alternate email address.

To initiate email forwarding send your request to webmaster@rhemaonline.ca

Outlook users

You can access your email using MS Outlook. Please note the following required settings.

Incoming Mail Server (POP): pop.rhemaonline.ca  (POP port: 110)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.rhemaonline.ca  (SMTP port: 25 or 587)

IMPORTANT: Please also ensure that you configure your POP client for "My Outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication".

* Note: Outlook support is limited to full time Rhema staff. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for additional support.

GMAIL Users

go to Settings -> Accounts and Import

Check mail using POP3: -> Add pop3 Mail Account

Enter email Address and Password

POP Server: pop.rhemaonline.ca

Port: 110

boxes should remain unchecked

Click Add Account and complete the next screens

Email limitations

1) You cannot use Webmail to create a distribution lists.
