Webmail has been updated! When you start Webmail you will have the option to choose the NEW or OLD Webmail.
The NEW version provides many additional features including:
- Intuitive user friendly interface
- Ability to easily add, edit and delete contacts
- Ability to group similar contacts
(no distribution list)
- Internationalized
- Client-server interactive
- Cross browser compliant. Supported browsers include: Firefox 1.5+, Internet Explorer 6.0+, Opera 9.X and Safari 2.0+.
- Improved SPAM filtering.
- Import your Contacts from Outlook, gmail, hotmail...

NOTE (NEW Webmail):
a) Please Re-create your Rhema signature by clicking SETTINGS > GENERALl
b) Please enter your Firat and Last Name by clicking SETTINGS > MAIL

Email access
Please
follow these instructions to access your mailbox.
1) Login
to http://webmail.rhemaonline.ca
2) Enter your Rhemaonline email address and password
3) Change your password after your first loggin
(click Options -> Change Password) *

* It is
very important that you immediately (after first login) change
your password and record it in a safe place.
Email
forwarding
You can forward email messages to an alternate email address.
You can
also forward multiple email addressed to a single address:
service@rhemaonline -> dsmith@rhemaonline.ca
Info@rhemaonline -> dsmith@rhemaonline.ca
To
initiate email forwarding send your request to webmaster@rhemaonline.ca
Outlook
users
You can access your email using MS Outlook. Please
note the following required settings.
Incoming
Mail Server (POP): pop.rhemaonline.ca (POP port: 110)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.rhemaonline.ca (SMTP
port: 25 or 587)
IMPORTANT:
Please also ensure that you configure your POP client for
"My Outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication".

Note: Outlook support is limited to full time Rhema staff.
Please contact your Internet Service Provider for additional
support.
Email limitations
1) You cannot use Webmail to create a distribution
lists.
2) You can send email to a maximum of 20 email
addresses at a time.
