Webmail - Frequently Asked Questions

1) How do I access my Rhema email account?

Go to the Rhema Website www.rhemaonline.ca and click Webmail
Enter your user id (email address) and password.

2) I cannot send or receive email

After logging into your email account, delete old or spam messages (select multiple messages using the check-box then press delete). You must then delete all messaged in the Trash folder.

3) Can I download and save my messages before deleting them?

You can use an email client like Microsoft Outlook to download messages to your computer.

The following settings must be used to configure Outlook

  • Incoming Mail Server (POP): pop.rhemaonline.ca (POP port: 110)
  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.rhemaonline.ca (SMTP port: 25 or 587)
  • IMPORTANT: Please also ensure that you configure your POP client for "My Outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication".

4) How many email messages can I store in Webmail?

The maximum number of messages that can be stored in Webmail is 3000 or 500 MB whichever comes first.

5) Why the change to Webmail?

Our Web hosting provider recently upgraded all of their servers and as a result our services (Web, Email, FTP and File management) were also upgraded. The site is now faster and has more functionality.

6) How do I change my email signature?

To update your email signature go to
Options > Personal Information and enter you signature information.
